1. Introduction

Welcome to Barbify ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Barbershop Booking Services

Barbify provides a platform connecting users with barbershops for the purpose of scheduling haircut appointments and related services. We do not provide barbering services directly, but rather facilitate the connection between you and participating barbershops.

2.1 Booking and Appointments

When you book an appointment through our App, you enter into an agreement directly with the barbershop, not with Barbify. We are not responsible for the services provided by the barbershop. Any issues related to the quality of haircuts or other services should be addressed directly with the service provider.

2.2 Cancellations and No-Shows

Each barbershop may maintain its own cancellation policy. You are responsible for canceling appointments in accordance with the barbershop's policy, which is displayed at the time of booking. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions to your account.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. User Content

Our App may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the App.

4.1 Reviews and Ratings

When leaving reviews for barbershops, you agree to provide honest, accurate feedback based on your personal experience. Defamatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate reviews may be removed, and repeated violations may result in account termination.

5. Payments

Barbify may charge fees for certain features or services. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you. Payment processing services for users are provided by our third-party payment processors.

5.1 Barbershop Payments

Some barbershops may require prepayment or deposits for appointments. These transactions are governed by the barbershop's own payment policies, and while we facilitate the payment process, we are not responsible for refunds or disputes related to services rendered.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Barbify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
